Rub a Dub Dub Thanks For The Grub
Starting this blog came as a dream, no!! it really did. I love food and love to eat. I wanted to put this blog together for the local people and places. Some locals don't have a clue about where to find the best places to eat right in their own backyards.
Let us now look at the word connoisseur. The dictionary's definition is as follows, an expert judge in matters of taste. A connoisseur can be of great food, music, or art. But at Common Sewer, it's all about the food. Great Food, I mean capitalized great food. Large and Delicious dishes that are created locally. My mission if I except it, will be to find the greatest food, made by the local chef. I am going to find them and let you know about them.
I'll be searching out all the really great mom and pop places. I will not be going to big corporate-owned places. I want the small business owner to show me the great tastes of his or her establishments. The future blogs will be of local and not so local establishments. I will always travel afar for a great meal.
